7 months old and Talking

Miss Callie Ann is 7 months old today!

So here's what she's been up to.
Callie is a roly-poly! She manages to get where ever she wants to go, mostly to her Sister's toys, by rolling. She has started army crawling as well and it's so neat watching the determination in those eyes. Callie can sit up unassisted for very short periods but tends to fall to the side often. Grammie blames it on her very round bottom and I think I have to agree, the girl definitely takes after her momma when it comes to the bottom half! She is fascinated with the hairy thing that roams among us and laughs at him often.
She is offered baby food and cereals twice a day but still really prefers just getting her own spoon and making sure the food goes everywhere. Her sleeping habits still need some work but the past 2 days she has been throwing in some 4 to 6 hour streches. Mommie thinks she wants to consume most of her calories at night when nothing fun is going on. Just too Nosy and Busy watching Breelyn during the day!

Her laugh continues to be contagious and we can't get enough of those belly-laughs! The last thing I will leave you with is SHE TALKS! Yes, Sunday she was fussing in Daddy's arms so with a little frustrated tone he asked her "Callie, what do you want?". She responded quickly with, Are you guys ready for this?, "I WANT MY MOMMA!!" Stephen and I looked at each other in shock and then decided as those proud parents always do, yes she really is a genius!
