Update on the POOCH!

I know many are wondering how our Cotton Boy is doing. Well in my eyes it's pretty darn amazing! As of Tuesday Brubeck started lifting his left leg but still was dragging the front of the paw. Today he actually ran to me( of course a limp is still present). His left leg seems to be getting stronger everyday and he no longer is dragging the paw. The vet specialist whom at 1st I was quite unhappy with redeemed himself last Friday by sitting down and explaining everything to me. I think Brubeck had everyone confused with the dehydration that topped his other symptoms. The specialist is leaning mostly likely towards a stroke but since we started antibiotics can't rule out meningitis either. The bulging disc the initial vet diagnosed is most likely not the case since he is improving and not in pain. Thanks for the puppy dog prayers! We still have more improvement to go but I am so thankful we didn't give up hope on my Bru-bear!
