We then went to the Spring Hill Christmas parade and froze our bottoms off. We will be sure to arrive earlier next year and stand at the front of the parade not the end!
Breelyn is so excited about Christmas, we have been taking tours of the neighborhoods to spot baby Jesus's and cool lights! We have been doing an advent book and Breelyn can't wait for the 24th when Baby Jesus completes the nativity scene. She has circled just about every girl toy in all the ads. Callie seems to enjoy all the fun as well. I think her favorite moment so far this season has been sneaking the cookie dough for the 1st patch of Christmas cookies we made.
Today Callie is 16 months and to impress Mommy she sat on her little potty and actually pee peed just a little! She is starting to speak a few more words (Mommy, da da, Up, woof, moo, Na na) but prefers gestures and signing to get all she needs (its amazing what all the More sign can get her and nodding yes and no)! She continues to be our little monkey, loving to be on top of all furniture! She brings so much joy and laughter to all of us!
